Code Of Conduct
San Andreas Border Patrol – Ethical Code The San Andreas Border Patrol (SABP) Code of Conduct provides the professional standards, behavior, and fundamental values by which all officers are to be bound in the execution of their duties. These requirements are intended to maintain that all SABP activities are conducted with integrity, professionalism, and a sense of public awareness.
Fundamental Principles of Behavior Respectful Treatment All persons encountered in the course of SABP operations shall be accorded respect and equity regardless of background or circumstance. Officers must at all times exercise impartiality, avoid discrimination, and show composure in dealings
Integrity and Honesty Officers are required to maintain the highest standards of ethics. This involves honesty in all reporting, refraining from conflicts of interest, and being reliable on and off duty.
Lawful Enforcement All SABP officers are obligated to work within the San Andreas state laws and within the agency's policy at all times. Corruption, misconduct, or abuse of power is not tolerated.
Professionalism
Whether dealing with travelers, fellow law enforcement, or the general public, officers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor—calm, composed, and objective under pressure.
Accountability Transparency is the most important. Officers should be ready to account for their decisions and actions, and to keep detailed records of all activities. Errors must be accounted for and remedied through appropriate channels. Community and Territorial Security One of the key elements of the mission of the SABP is to aid in the security and safety of the San Andreas region. This includes patrolling busy regions, guarding off-limits zones, and preventing the movement of illegal items or contraband.
